Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

  • Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include, but are not limited to, cds, dvds, and vinyls.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How To Return An Item:

  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a 
  • Manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Please email orders@napalmrecordsamerica.com to request a refund.
  • All returns shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exchanges:

If the clothing item you purchased from Napalm Records America is in new condition, you may
exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking
fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

What do I do about defective CDs, Tapes or Vinyl?

Please enclose the defective product along with a letter which should include the following: your
name, complete address, day and evening phone number, and a brief description of the reason for
your return. If you have already sent in your product and want to know the status, please be
advised that the normal time for replacement is two weeks from the date we receive the product.

A SPECIAL NOTE FOR CHILDREN

Children under 18 should be sure to ask a parent for permission before sending any personal
information over the Internet.
